I have a vast network of vendors to help us get your listing ready for market, including professional photography, videography, drone footage, a home staging consultation, all the way to a professional MLS write up, all paid for by me.
Buyers: We will conduct a thorough consultation, either in person or by phone (whichever you'd prefer). I can learn exactly what you're looking for and why, and you can ask any questions you'd like. Everything you describe to me in our initial consult will let me go to work for you and begin setting up a custom search that will help us quickly and efficiently locate exactly the home you're looking for.
